We had a wonderful Christmas this year! We started off going to a Christmas party on Christmas Eve. It was a lot of fun, though we were too late for the kids to see Santa. Luckily they didn't seem to mind one bit. We got home around 8:30 PM and let the kids open one present. They all got PJ's which is a tradition of ours. They also got a bonus present which was The Nativity Story. We hoped it would make them fall asleep quickly. Too both of our surprise they all stayed awake for the whole thing! It got over about 10:30. They did go right to bed and they fell asleep quickly! The kids woke us up at 7 AM. Not too bad.

| Aubrie wasn't quite sure whether to believe Christian when he says that Santa isn't real. So she decided to write Santa a long note on scrap wrapping paper. She told me if he signed it then he is real. And guess what? He did if fact sign it! She was very happy! |

| We spent Christmas Day with Sterling's family this year. When we first got there Sterling, Hailee, Christian, and David all went sledding. Well the four wheeler pulled the sled! They had a lot of fun. Then we had dinner, visited and opened presents! Then we spent the night at my Mom's. The next morning we had breakfast at my brother's (and his family) my sister and her family, my step sister and her family and my Mom and Ren. We then headed to my Dad's for lunch and more presents. We then drove all the way home and went to bed! It was a fun but very busy couple of days! |
